As the Senior EA to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you'll report to her and be an integral member of her staff. You will represent the CFO and Finance organization and provide a customer service approach to all interactions.This position is hybrid, working out of our San Francisco office.ResponsibilitiesManage, prioritize, and maintain CFO's calendar, including complex calendaringPlan and arrange travel, and create expense reportsBe proactive about potential scheduling conflicts and have a high degree of accountability and timeliness for all actions and follow-upBe responsive to inquiries and requests and effective at managing expectations with a variety of partnersDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, internal departments, and outside partiesPartner with other EAs to coordinate among executives and manage tradeoffs and prioritizationPartner closely with the Chief of Staff to align on operating rhythm and cadences for the Finance leadership teamSchedule, plan and coordinate team events, meetings, and multi-day offsite events, including organizing logistics, on-site amenities, and activitiesMaintain email aliases, distribution lists, and shared directoriesWork with Accounts Payable to ensure bills are paid promptly. Be the point person for departmental purchases on behalf of your executiveProvide staff meeting support, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and distributing meeting minutes and presentations on occasionMinimum Qualifications4-6+ years' experience providing administrative support for senior-level executives; C-level executive support preferredPrior experience in fast-paced environment that requires strong multitasking skills and time managementAdapts well to a rapidly changing environment and new processes and responsibilitiesAbility to work under pressure, clear communicator, who meets deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Mac, and Windows operating systems, and related business applications such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePointExcellent verbal and written skills, operating with discretion and tactSome travel to events and internal meetings, locally and internationallyPrior experience working with Board of Directors members and investors preferredThe Ideal CandidateSelf-starter who takes initiativeComfortable working independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, seeking clarity when an obstacle is in your wayReaches out, builds productive working relationships with people across all levelsSuccessfully manages multiple competing prioritiesCollaborative, accountable, and discrete#LI-DW1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $102,900 and $166,430. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
