This position requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can identify, develop, and manage relationships with innovative startup companies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive mutual growth.ResponsibilitiesMarket Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and gather insights that can inform startup partnership strategies.Strategic Planning: Identify opportunities for startup partnerships and collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that leverage these relationships to enhance business growth.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal team to align startup partnership strategies with overall business objectives.Ecosystem Partner: engage and maintain a wide network of investors and experts in the field of AI to develop a pipeline that will support HP to scale and grow with AI technologyExternal Innovation: source, screen and engage with startups to identify and engage in partnerships and investment/acquisition opportunitiesRelationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with startups, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty to HP.Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiation efforts to establish startup partnership terms that are favorable and sustainable.Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for startups and startup partners, facilitating clear and consistent communication between stakeholders.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze startup partner performance against agreed-upon metrics and objectives to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex issues that arise with startup partners, ensuring that both parties' concerns are managed effectively.Business Objectives: Help drive the achievement of business objectives and targets through effective startup engagement and joint business planning.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
