If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:The Business Process Analyst team in the Mainframe Software Division (MSD) at Broadcom is responsible of ensuring customers and Broadcom meet contractual Mainframe License and reporting obligations.  The Business Process Analyst team’s mission and operational goals:Support the Mainframe MCL and MWP License ProgramsSCRT submissions and usage reconciliation (rollover/overage)An additional revenue engine for MSD outside of renewals, capacity increase, price increases, ect.Gain business insights to product usage (or shelf ware), product version (version currency) and adoption of features (recent investments) for sales and product ownersProvides sales with insight to customer lifecycle of license programs for renewalsKey responsibilities: Validate New MCL and MWP signed contracts against the SCRT Customer Setup (SCRT Billing Record) for the customer’s Annual Consumption Audit (True Up).Expertly navigate, research, trouble shoot and request Sales Accounting to make SCRT field corrections on the Oracle contract as neededEnsure that the SCRT reports submitted and the data is accurately sync through to customer’s SCRT billing record.  Review and troubleshoot any inconsistencies.Work with the MCL Account team to review the customer’s account and to identify and resolve any inconsistencies (excluded LPAR, Machine Status change, and missing SCRT reports) before the true up date.Run various Incorta reports to maintain data integrity and identify any discrepancies, errors, ect. before the automated SCRT systems calculates the true upMaintain the information submitted by our internal and external customersConduct monthly status calls with the different regional Account teams to review MCL customers for their annual consumption true up audit.Review and complete final annual MCL Consumption Audits (True Up) identifying if there is a rollover or overage.Site Mapping – Research for support Site ID# to map to the new customer numberLPAR Change Request (Wolken support cases) – Receive, review and request necessary LPAR updates per the customer’s request.Monitor the SCRT Admin mail box - Respond to inquiries in a timely mannerIdentify process improvements and make recommendations for streamlining processesParticipate in Special Projects while managing other responsibilities.Documenting and sharing learned best practicesBecome a subject matter expert and own a specific processDemonstrate comprehensive contract and system knowledge and critical thinking skillsSkills and qualifications- A successful Business Process Analyst candidate will have various skills and qualifications that help them solve problems using large amounts of data.Flexible team player who is able to interact and establish positive working relationships cross functionally and at all levels.Familiarity or working knowledge with Oracle, access database, or other relational databasesAnalytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniquesReporting and data visualization skills using softwareData Warehouse Usage ExperienceProficiency in Microsoft ExcelDependable - Ability to set and meet deadlinesAbility to work in high-pressure situationsTechnical writing skillsExcellent attention to detailExcellent organization and written and verbal communication skills.Quality Mindset - Ability to QA and troubleshoot dataKnowledge of SCRT Reports, Mainframe Contracts and Mainframe Pricing a plusAbility to navigate contracts to find specific phrases or informationEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.Required Travel:  Less than 5%Work Experience:Typically, 8 or more years of related work experience.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $84,000 - $135,000 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
