Senior Manager, Quality Assurance

We have a great skill set in Various Automation Testing tools and technologies as well as Quality processes.You will get the opportunity to work in a cross-cultural work environment while working on the latest technologies with an emphasis on user-centered approach.About You (Skills & Qualification Required)Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or master’s degree (BE, ME, B Tech, M Tech, MCA, MS)14-18 years of demonstrable experience in Automation & Performance Engineering.Strong experience in Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Junit, Protractor, TestNG, Gherkins, SoapUI.Have worked and significantly contributed to automation using build CI/CD pipeline & test phasesClear understanding of Agile & Kanban development approachesGood working experience with GIT and understanding on any one of these: Jenkins, TeamCity, and Azure DevOpsIt would be great if you also have,Understanding of Accessibility testing & toolsworking knowledge of AWS/Azure & SQLWorking on the Intellectual property domain.What will you be doing in this role?As a Senior manager-QA, you will lead the Quality teams focused on various Clarivate products. Responsible for the management of quality engineering team and architects including their deliverables, growth, and aspirations. Your team will be responsible for Quality Process and deliverables from QA point of view. You are technology driven, comfortable in leading change, customer oriented, supportive and a good coach for the teams as well as leader of teams.Will be responsible for,Leading a team of 15-20 QA engineers & leaders and assisting in task deliveries, career progression & delivering as per organization’s manifestoMentoring the QA/SDET colleagues & provide the technical direction.Partnering with Dev, DevOps, and technology and product stakeholders to ensure that product quality is given highest priority during each delivery cycleOverseeing and supporting creation and designing of test automation frameworks and Proof of concepts for latest tools and techniquesResult oriented and always looking for improvements in our way of workingStrong drive and energy level with ability to create a high performing working cultureAbout the TeamThe existing team is spread across India and includes Testers with strong technical and analytical skills. We have a great skill set in Java, Selenium, JavaScript, to name a few of the Tools and technologies.You would be part of large QA Group responsible for delivering world class products and innovative solutions in the field of IP.Hours of WorkThe is a fulltime opportunity with Clarivate. You will be working in IST time zone. 9 hours of work per day including 1-hour lunch break.
