Apply today and join our team as a User Experience Designer.  About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor's or master's degree in a design-related field such as HCI, Graphic Design, or Interaction Design or equivalent years of experience in the field 3+ years of experience in user experience design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for complex projects across multiple platforms.  3+ years of experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma.  2+ years of experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.  It would be great if you also have . . .Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Experience designing B2B Enterprise software and workflow dedicated applications. What will you be doing in this role? Design new features and enhancements for user interfaces, ensuring they are consistent, coherent, and align with user experience principles. Assist in conducting user research to understand user needs and pain points, providing a foundation for design decisions. Create UX artifacts such as personas, journey maps, and interactive prototypes Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback, applying insights gained to improve the effectiveness of designs. Convey design, interactions, and experience requirements to the product development team   Give and receive constructive feedback during regular design reviews. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate design implementation and that business and user requirements have been met. Work effectively with product managers, developers, UX researchers, and other designers to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions, maintaining continuous, open communication to foster independent action and collaborative innovation. .  Product you will be supportingThe IP Management System is an all-in-one IP management solution that manages IP data security, processes optimization and protection of assets.The IPMS system is a long-standing client solution for IP management.
