Job Overview: The role is in the Marketing Operations team which is part of the Revenue Ops team. In this role, you will be working on supporting questions and hypotheses of the Marketing teams as it relates to coursera.org’s digital performance. Prior knowledge (implementation/usage) of Google Analytics/Omniture, Adobe Analytics or Amplitude  is a must. You should be analytically smart, self-starter and operate with minimal directions.   Responsibilities: Collaborate with our Operations teams to understand complex analytical challenges and identify opportunities for Web Analytics-driven solutions Collect and analyze website performance data, including traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and user behavior to monitor trends and identify opportunities Create regular reports and dashboards, summarizing important findings and presenting applicable insights to the Marketing team and other stakeholders Support in the planning and evaluation of proper tagging of relevant web properties, working with various teams to prioritize the implementation Perform customer segmentation and cohort analysis to understand the digital behavior and preferences of different customer groups, including Marketing performance and customer experience Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics. At least 3 or more years of experience in Marketing and Web Analytics Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, including Amplitude, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics software.
