Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Recharge, you’ll play a critical role in helping our teams scale by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent. You will own the entire recruitment process end to end including driving effective intake meetings with hiring managers; creating innovative sourcing strategies; conducting screening calls; and guiding candidates through each stage of the hiring experience (while keeping candidate experience top of mind).
We’re looking for someone who has experience recruiting for Revenue and GTM (go-to-market) teams, and is also interested in learning more about technical recruitment. You’d join a team of two other Talent Acquisition Partners and a Recruiting Coordinator that role up to the People Partnerships team. This alignment between Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners allows us to be deeply embedded in the teams that we support.
Note: Although Recharge is a remote-first company, our sales organization is fully in-office, and we have a team based in Toronto. We are looking for someone in the greater Toronto area who would be open to going into our Toronto office on an as-needed basis to collaborate with revenue leaders. This role will require you to occasionally be in-office.
What you’ll do
You’ll partner with hiring managers on key recruitment initiatives; owning the full cycle recruitment process end to end.
Work closely with hiring teams to build and understand business acumen, our culture, the requirements for our roles, and their impact on the company.
Plan and execute impactful sourcing campaigns that meet business needs.
Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of boolean, LinkedIn, etc
Build ‘just in time’ talent pipelines of qualified candidates through inbound recruiting and networking.
Partner with internal stakeholders including People Business Partners and Compensation Manager
What you’ll bring
2-3 years recruiting experience supporting GTM or Revenue teams at a high growth start up.
Experience with Linkedin Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
Proficiency using Greenhouse, Lever or similar ATS (we use Greenhouse).
Experience recruiting or sourcing for technical roles such as software engineering or product management is an asset.
Ability to build relationships at every level of an organization.
Excellent problem solving skills with an ethos of being resourceful.
Innately curious and strong desire to learn and grow.
