Project Technical Delivery Manager

We are growing and looking for a Project Technical Delivery Manager with experience in project delivery in datacenter environments. In this role, the delivery manager will manage the project through the complete project lifecycle from aspiration to production. This includes ensuring that the project is delivered on time, meets business & technical requirements and is within the agreed budget.What you'll be doing:Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholdersUnderstand the high and low level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutionsEnsure that company requirements are produced to standard in a timely manner.Develop & present comprehensive technical solutions to customersCommunicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partnersManage complex installations, Report and escalate all observed problems to proper operational escalation pointsManage the communication of project’s changes and release notices to customersDocument technical and operational procedures clearly and conciselyBe willing to work irregular hours as requiredWhat we need to see:BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in project delivery management Minimum 5 years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software  productsIn-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customersSupreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teamsExcellent communication and presentation/oral skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision  Experience leading global projects.Ways to stand out from the crowd:PMP CertificationHPC Clustering or Data-Center technologies
