As a QA Engineer at Workday, you will have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects and play a crucial role in the flawless delivery of our software solutions.Responsibilities:Collaborate with diverse teams to gather software testing requirements and create thorough test plans.Perform test cases, identify defects, and track issues to ensure the successful implementation of software updates.Conduct automated and manual tests to validate software functionality, performance, and securityCreate and maintain test environments and test data to support ongoing testing effortsCollaborate with developers to identify and resolve software defectsContinuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall software qualityRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.Proven experience as a QA Engineer, with a strong background in software testing methodologiesProficiency in scripting and automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similarSolid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologiesExceptional attention to detail and ability to identify and communicate issues effectivelyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAt Workday, we believe in the power of collaboration and inclusion.
