HiredScore is live in 150 countries.About the RoleWe are looking for a versatile Program Manager to join the Workday HiredScore group.  The Program Manager is a highly visible role requiring extensive interaction and collaboration with Product Management, Development, Finance, Account functions and senior team members. The Technical Program Manager will help define, update and maintain the processes and programs required to roll out new offerings as well as ongoing continuous improvement efforts. We need a self-starter who will take part in day to day R&D activities, ensuring business goals are met, and able to share statuses and insights with upper management and business team members. About YouBasic Qualifications:Experience in an engineering (R&D) org analysis, operations, strategic planning and project management in enterprise software developmentProfound understanding of Jira as a system of record, its policies and customizations, as well as reporting and analytics add-onsDeep capabilities around MS-Excel and/or Google Sheets for analytics and reportingSound understanding of OKR setting and deliveryPractical knowledge of various Agile & Continuous Delivery practices and subject areasExcellent organization and interpersonal skillsOther Qualifications:Must be able to successfully handle multiple tasks with concurrent landmarks and shifting priorities, as well as with leading projects not necessarily in your primary area of expertiseA risk management mentality and the inclination to take initiativeAbility to navigate through ambiguity and organizational structuresAn eye for business with a strategic abilityAbility to partner with other business lines and establish positive relationships with essential team membersBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Minimum 3 years)Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
