Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. The Product Insights Analyst is responsible for deriving insights into the hardware quality of Apple’s products. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact our customers’ experience and support Apple products throughout their life cycle. Description Description Participate in feedback loops to continuously improve product quality and the customer experience, serving as a key resource to cross-functional teams. Analyze, develop and derive insights from visualizations and alerting mechanisms to detect anomalies in field performance KPIs. Weave together numerous data sources to identify root causes in KPI anomalies, articulate the findings to business partners and implement corrective actions directly impacted product quality. All while balancing multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities accordingly. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications BA or BS degree in statistical analysis, computer science, data science, or related field. 3 years of experience in manufacturing or customer support analysis, or similar analytics role. High proficiency experience with Tableau visualization, including large scale dashboard deployment and maintenance High proficiency with SQL and relational databases such as Snowflake API data access / pipeline development Data Science / ML experience Knowledge of SAP material master, Bill of Materials a plus Strong interpersonal skills Expertise in converting business problems into technical solutions Attention to detail Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of coding/scripting in Python/Java a plus Programming and/or scripting skills such as Python, Shell, JavaScript, or similar Shown ability to analyze technical support data Education & Experience Education & Experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
