Overview:Adobe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead organization strategy and serve as Chief of Staff for the Adobe Technology Services – Transformation Management Office Leader. This pivotal leadership role will oversee the operating model, triage special projects, execute workforce programs, and ensure the coordinated progress of various transformation initiatives. This leader will lead cross-functional teams that are focused on delivery of products and computer-based systems from design to release. This includes defining and executing project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. They will drive from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customers and employees, as needed. These initiatives include the Innovation Hub, People Transformation, Organization Transformation, New Hire Experience, and Technology Transformation.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Optimize the Adobe Technology Services operating model to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Manage triage teams to resolve issues promptly.Design and execute workforce programs that align with Adobe’s strategic goals and support employee growth and visibility.Transformation Program Coordination:Coordinate and monitor progress across multiple transformation programs, ensuring alignment with Adobe’s strategic vision.Align with the Innovation Hub Director on initiatives to foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.Coordinate with People Transformation teams align TMO metrics and goals that bring visibility to expanding capabilities of leadership/teaming/ways of working, future skills, culture, and strategic value realization.Organization Transformation projects to ensure structural and process alignment with business objectives.Support Technology Transformation initiatives to advance Adobe’s technological capabilities and infrastructure. Coordinate across TMO programs to monitor, track, and prevent conflicting activities including testing and release management.Chief of Staff Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Transformation Management Office Leader.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across various teams and departments.Manage executive-level projects and ensure timely and successful delivery of strategic initiatives.Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for senior leadership and stakeholders.Support retention and engagement programs with a laser focus on reducing delivery risk from attrition.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $144,800 -- $278,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
