We ask that you have interaction and integration with the account sales team and their customers to help position Autodesk as a strategic partner, drive alignment, visibility, engagement, and our customers’ business forward. You will report to a Account Based Marketing Senior Manager and work in a Hybrid work environment.ResponsibilitiesYou will collaborate with sales on account plans, marketing strategy, tools, and customer programsIdentify marketing opportunities to intentionally support and drive the businessPartner with broader organization of account-based marketers to agree on programmatic campaigns which apply to public sector/Government accountsPlan out account-based marketing plans with clear growth, executive engagement, pipeline and revenue goalsIdentify and participate in Industry Events to lead Reputation, Revenue and build relationships with Senior Government OfficialsIdentify and work with Important Industry Associations that can help in Public SectorNurture contacts within the prioritized accounts and engage that audience with innovative, unexpected and intentional marketing to lead account opportunitiesIdentify and nurture buyer committee in the accountsFoster peer-to-peer interaction in our customers within their industry and across industries to enable customers to share best practicesDevelop new and use existing programs, tools and assets designed to showcase Autodesk as a strategic partner to help the customer to get the most value out of our solutions, relationship and servicesBuild programs including planning, logistics, budget, list management, follow up and reportingMeasure the success of your account-based marketing programs from a contact, pipeline and marketing investment perspectiveNavigate the Autodesk organization and use professional networks to identify internal and external resources, partners, and programs that support account goalsBe the ‘voice’ of the account teams and their customers to the larger Autodesk organization to ensure that their needs are considered as programs and tools are developed and put into placeMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with 10+ years in B2B enterprise softwareProvide strategic and consultative input to sales teamExperience originating fresh breakthrough ideas in an account-based marketing capacity to support sales goals, validating those ideas with important partners and carrying them through to executionDirect customer-facing experience in account-based, field marketing or solution sales roleExecutive engagement and event management experienceTeam player able to work cross-functionallyExperience using salesforce, marketo, Allocadia and other marketing toolsAbility to travel - up to 30% during peak timesThe Ideal CandidateYou’re an innovator. You understand account-based sales and your accounts inside out, can propose and execute new approaches and programs to move account plans forwardYou have experience devising marketing strategies and implementing programs in Public Sector (Central and State Govt)You’re strategic and tactical. You provide input to account plan strategy to ensure marketing is relevant and used. You contribute to the sales process, and implement tactical programsYou enjoy being part of a team. To lead your own intentional account-based efforts, you create and use relationships and contacts internally to extend programs to customersNot only can you create, propose, and sell your program ideas, you are known for encouraging agreement on sales and building upon programs, assets and agreed deliverablesYou’re an extension of the sales team. You’re a marketer with a customer-focused and business development orientation.
