The Inside Partner Manager (IPM) will be assigned between 5/10 partners within a specific territory. The IPM will assist in the development and success of their assigned partners through consultation, business planning and market development activities. This individual will enable and support the partners to drive their business against an assigned quota. ResponsibilitiesBuilds relationship, acts as responsible contact person for partner principals, management and respective teamsUnderstands partners business, organizational set-up and markets in which partners are activeEnsures common vision between Autodesk and PartnerDrives annual strategic business plan, identify areas of investment and supports executionRecaps quarterly sales results with partners and internally and helps set focus areas and goals for upcoming quartersEnsure partners forecast is valid and updatedDevelops and supports sales activities with partners, sets targets/milestones, measures results, supports executionTakes initiative role inside Autodesk to ensure support from all relevant departmentsInfluences marketing plans, coordinates merit funds available to support sales initiativesCoordinates trainings and assistance to the partners through appropriate company resources in product training, sales and marketing skillsProactive approach, flexible, able to operate in constant changing environmentAttend Autodesk events internally and externally with partners, travel may be requiredParticipates in specific projects relating to indirect businessMinimum QualificationsLanguage skills – native German, fluency in EnglishExcellent writing skills, excel skills and analysis skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsIT technology sales and/or pre-sales experienceExperience in channel partnerships (SaaS background preferred)Highly Driven, determined & business orientedLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
