SummaryThe Director of Global Revenue Onboarding works as a key member of the Global Enablement organization to ensure that all customer facing roles are prepared to complete the functions of their role at Workiva. The Director of Global Revenue Onboarding is responsible for leading the design, creation and delivery of our foundational and functional onboarding programs across the globe. You will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Sales Leadership and the Go-to-market organization. What You’ll Do Use your leadership skills to define and own the onboarding strategy, drive execution of global programs & communicate business impactConduct discovery with Leaders across each existing and emerging role to identify  the best practices in process, skills and knowledge necessary for success by role Utilize best-practices and adult learning principles to create best-in-class, sales-consumable onboarding programs for all functional rolesLead and manage the creation and maintenance of onboarding curricula and practicum Work with Field Leadership to ensure our audiences have demonstrated competency  Consult with Workiva Field Coaches and Enablement Leads to determine performance of new hires in the field and create a joint action plan to fill gapsPartner with Enablement peers to plan and execute the creation of curricula and activities for reuse Support frontline Sales Leadership and Field Coaches  in maintaining a sales coaching cultureWhat You’ll NeedMinimum QualificationsRequires a minimum of 8 years of global enterprise Enablement experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 4 years of experienceExperience in leading a globally dispersed team Experience working in Learning Management and Experience Platforms and Highspot.  Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles Advanced understanding of sales process execution Expertise and certification in Value Selling or Command of the Message Preferred Qualifications Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, live and virtualStrong project management skills Ability to influence and collaborate across business functionsPossess clear, concise and accurate written and verbal communications skillsStrong active listening skillsExperience working with/for a Fortune 500 company preferredTravel Requirements & Working ConditionsAbility to travel up to 40% of the time with focus on corporate offices Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva officeHow You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $147,000.00 - $250,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
