SummaryAs a Sales Data Analyst, you will support our sales team's effectiveness by creating insightful dashboards and reports using BI tools, CRM, and other reporting software. You will perform ad-hoc analyses and summarize data into presentations with clear visuals and commentary. This role requires interdepartmental collaboration, a high level of attention to detail, and interaction with internal stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making.What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight) to provide actionable insights for the sales team and leadershipPerform ad-hoc analyses using Excel and other data analysis tools to support various sales initiatives and answer key business questionsSummarize data effectively into presentations, incorporating insightful visuals and commentary to communicate findings clearlyAssist in tracking and reporting on global sales KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across regionsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting efficiencyBuild productive internal relationships with team members and stakeholders across different departments, often interacting with sales and other operational leadershipEnsure the integrity and accuracy of sales data by conducting regular data quality checks and validationContribute to the creation and implementation of standardized reports, ensuring consistency and reliability in data presentationEnable data-driven decision-making by providing insights that inform sales strategies and performanceWhat You’ll NeedMinimum QualificationsRequires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience preferably within sales analytics; or an advanced degree without experienceProficiency in using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuicksightA strong knowledge of SQL as well as advanced Excel skillsPreferred QualificationsProven ability to create and present insightful visuals and commentary in presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholdersExperience in the technology or SaaS industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly and conciselyAbility to work independently, prioritize work, and manage tasks based on clearly defined objectivesExperience building productive internal working relationships across similar areasTravel Requirements & Working ConditionsWillingness to travel up to 10% Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, as we embrace flexible work arrangementsHow You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $79,000.00 - $134,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
