Lease End Of Term ExpertDescription -As part of the newly created Leasing Operations team for the region, this new role involves overseeing and streamlining leasing activities within a specific geographic area. The ideal candidate will be a skilled operational practitioner with a solid understanding of the leasing operational process at End of Term (EOT) and ensure on-going compliance with HP Inc. operational processes and all regulatory requirements (including SOX).You will take accountability for ensuring a positive sales and End-Of-Term experience.You will support your fellow E2E Lease Enablement colleague teams with a proper alignment of each End-of-term capabilities. You will be routinely expected to exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives.Key Responsibilities:You will:Ensure the Integrated Leasing (IL) process is fully aligned with Sales and each Financial Partners as it relates to End of Lease Contract.The IL team is guiding and influencing the optimal customers’ End-of-Term behavior and there is clarity at the customer level of their options.You properly forecast and manage all device returns and inspections such as all missing, wrong, and damaged (MWD) equipment and data cleansing and manage delivery and damage certifications required on time.You effectively manage each Lease Extensions, returns, and Buyouts such as close off contracts and ensure billing is complete, identify end of lease events and amounts to be invoiced.You effectively manage each Lease Renewals and sales in place. This activity is critical to create value and foster retention of clients.You effectively support Asset and Contract Reconciliations.Experience Required:3+ years of experience in leasing operations, IT equipment leasing experience is a plus.Understanding of End to End leasing operational proceduresProficiency In handling lease documentationExpertise in End-of-Term operational procedures,Proficiency in managing working relationships in a highly structured and complex organization.Good communication skillsAbility to coordinate efforts across teams.Operational Excellence:Test, execute & maintain the end-to-end regional leasing process in the areas assignedEnsure timely and accurate responses to Customers and sales teamsCompliance and Regulations:Guarantee adherence to regional leasing laws, regulations, and standards.Team Collaboration:Positively collaborate with your team peers and Manager to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, continuous improvement, and outstanding customer service.Financial Management:Cost Reduction: Implementing strategies to reduce operational costs, enhance profitability & drive a better Sales, Customer and Finance Partner experience.Stakeholder Engagement:Work closely with internal stakeholders (such as finance, legal, sales) to ensure leasing operations delivers against regional business objectives.Ensure process & tool related continuous feedback loops in place with the relevant leasing process design teamTechnology and Innovation:Ensure the technological solutions in the Region are optimised to improve leasing processes and customer experiences within the region.Encourage innovative practices in leasing operations to maintain competitiveness in the regional market.In summary, the Regional End-of-Term Lease Operations Expert, plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, building a high-performing team, and driving financial growth and innovation in the organization.
