Project ManagerDescription -Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Project Manager for Special Operations to oversee and coordinate critical projects supporting activities.This role requires an individual with exceptional leadership, data management, and operational support skills to ensure the successful execution of supporting operations missions.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data analysis, and operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement detailed project plans for special operations.Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient use of resources. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet changing operational demands.2. Data Management:Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of critical data to support the overall activities.Ensure the accuracy, security, and timely availability of data for decision-making processes.Prepare and present reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes.Facilitate information sharing and collaboration among all stakeholders.3. Operational Support: Provide operational and administrative support to all the units. Coordinate supply chains, transportation, and communication to ensure seamless operational support. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance mission effectiveness and safety. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.4.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operations. Conduct regular risk assessments and update contingency plans accordingly.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering , Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.Strong understanding of operations and support requirements in a global business environment.Proficiency in data management tools and techniques.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing conditions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**Note: This position is dedicated for 2 Years duration (Temporary role).
