This is a unique opportunity to lead and run the daily operations of a team of AV event technicians, ensuring flawless execution of world-class AV events.Responsibilities:Lead and develop a team of AV events technicians, providing training, development, and setting priorities.Function as the first line of management for handling client and staff issues.Coordinate and be responsible for AV events, showcasing exceptional organizational skills and confidence.Evaluate and continually improve support processesOffer advanced support for escalated issues from the AV team.Supervise event coordination and support with the entire AV team.Backup support services in the absence of other AV Support Technicians.Collaborate closely with IT and AV Engineers to ensure thorough and complete handoffs for new office builds.Professionally engage with individuals involved, effectively managing user expectations related to room technology.Monitor daily audiovisual conference room schedule and contact end users to determine their A/V requirements.Ensure all audiovisual and teleconferencing requirements are met for meetings and events.Create end-user and internal AV team documentation.At Workday Inc, we are committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Apply now and seize this exciting opportunity to successfully implement flawless AV events with Workday Inc.About YouBasic Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years experience in audiovisual or related fieldMinimum of 4 years experience leading a team in a large global organization, including remote team members, contractors and MSP'sStrong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Strong focus and organizational skills Understanding of wiring diagrams and signal flowOther Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize multiple competing tasksExperience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow knowledge is a plus)Exposure as operating technician for live audiovisual special events a plusExperience in using tools to develop data driven decisions and process improvementsFamiliarity with enterprise auditorium spaces and eventsExperience with Zoom and other webinar and meeting technologiesWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
