Hardware Technologies organization is looking for an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to drive novel technology development into future Health platforms. In this critical role, the candidate will manage programs involving architecture definition, design, prototyping, integration and validation of cutting-edge technologies for Health platform. You will partner with engineers and managers from cross-functional teams to define, schedule, track, and help own the work for these groundbreaking technologies. Description Description - Partner with cross-functional teams including Software/Firmware and Hardware Engineering to deliver state-of-the-art technologies - Define the program plan/schedule and manage program execution - Deliver communication/presentations and drive the decision-making process - Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication - Effectively and consistently communicate overall program status - Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently - Improve the system: Look for patterns, offer best practices and implement change - Limited domestic or international travel may be required Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications BS in an engineering discipline Experience collaborating with multi-functional engineering teams such as Electrical, Mechanical, Optical, Software or Test Engineering Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Advanced engineering degree Engineering / technical background, such as Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience and is data driven Self-motivated and hard-working with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities Proven ability to fit in well with a team, understand others’ capabilities and priorities while fostering a collaborative environment, and inspire team members Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty Education & Experience Education & Experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $55.00 and $83.03/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
