The Lead Testing Engineer, will be responsible for driving the quality assurance and engineering process for our products.Responsibilities:Work closely with engineering, product, team members and management to drive and deliver quality productsAnalyze project requirements to determine effective test strategies for new and existing functionalityEstimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate QA deliverables and tasksDesign and implement testing strategy, architecture and technologyCreate, execute, track and maintain manual and automated functional and regression test suitesMonitor automated test results of products during development and prior to public releasesLog, manage and track defectsCommunicate areas of risk to management and stakeholdersPromote a culture of rigorous automated testing across all products on our teamRequired Skills:7+ years of experience as a Developer, Senior Software Development Engineer in Test or Senior Software Quality EngineerMS/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceExtensive experience with test automation, preferably with frameworks such as TestCafe, Selenium, Playwright, TestNG or similar toolsProficiency and experience with object-oriented programming languages like Java, Python, Javascript and/or TypeScriptExperience with testing REST APIExperience working in an Agile/Scrum driven development environment Experience with source code controls and CI/CD pipelinesExperience database, SQL, Unix/Linux commands, shell scriptingExperience with applications and services hosted in AWS/Azure/GCPExperience with DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes Experience with web-based application testing using multiple browsers in different platformsDetail oriented, strong technical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate successfully with both local and remote team members#LI-SBFind yourself checking a lot of these boxes but doubting whether you should apply?
