You possess a deep understanding of the APAC and Japan markets and the unique challenges and opportunities they present. You are a data-driven leader who thrives on translating insights into actionable strategies and driving sustainable revenue growth.What You Will Do:Act as a trusted advisor and confidant to the President of Sales, providing strategic counsel and support on key business decisions.Drive alignment and accountability across the sales organisation, ensuring that all teams are working towards common goals and objectives.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the President of Sales and other senior leaders, ensuring that key messages and priorities are clearly communicated and understood.Partner with SalesOps teams in developing comprehensive GTM plans for Adobe’s APAC and Japan Digital Experience business & Enterprise Digital Media business, aligning with global objectives and tailoring them to regional market nuances.Champion APAC and Japan’s "Big Bet" initiatives, spearheading their implementation and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.Oversee in-year execution and rigorously track progress against defined metrics, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.Maintain a three-year horizon and work closely with Field Marketing and Product Marketing to constantly monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure a future-proof GTM strategy.Conduct in-depth market analysis to assess the Total Addressable Market (TAM) and uncover new business opportunities.Architect regional sales strategies that seamlessly dovetail with the overall global sales strategy, ensuring consistency and maximizing impact.Foster strong collaboration with global teams and stakeholders on key initiatives.GenStudioSPP (Strategic Pursuits Program)Ultimate SuccessNet $ Retention (N$R)Conduct insightful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and deep dives to identify areas for improvement and unlock potential.Monitor & Report: Establish KPIs and build dashboards to analyse sales performance metrics and market trends, providing insights for decision-making.What You Bring:12+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth.In-depth knowledge of the APAC and Japan markets, including cultural nuances and business practices.Strong understanding of SaaS sales methodologies and best practices.Expertise in sales operations, including forecasting, territory management, and performance analysis.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing sales team.Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
