In this position, you will be responsible for and ensure the exceptional delivery of our services to clients in the region whilst maintaining high-quality service standards, evolving solution offerings, and supporting our sales team in developing a robust pipeline of opportunities.What You'll DoDelivery LeadershipEnsure client satisfaction by collaborating with the Adobe ecosystem, including Account Teams, Ultimate Success, Partners and Adobe Engineering teams.Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer business requirements.Lead weekly/fortnightly alignment meetings with PMs, Professional Services Sales (PSS), Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and/or Account Teams to ensure projects are on track and address any emerging risks or issues collectively.Managing Professional Services BusinessParticipate in scheduled Quarterly Business Reviews, Project Steer Co’s, and RMO meetings.Apply management best practices, including succession planning, performance reviews, and financial management.Initiate joint strategy sessions with PSS & PMs, that include key stakeholders to identify upcoming challenges and opportunities. Encouraging a proactive approach to engagement management.Business DevelopmentDevelop internal best practices, methodologies, and tools for standardising engagements.Recommend strategic and tactical plans for growing our footprint within client organisations.Conduct quarterly account reviews with PMs & PSS to assess project outcomes and individual contributions, setting clear goals.Review, approve and recommend commercial outcomes for potential customer engagements and opportunities.People DevelopmentSupervise, manage, and empower your direct reports to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.Implement growth and development plans to foster team members' professional advancement and skill improvement.Develop and review staff performance through mentoring and recruitment activities.What You Need To SucceedPrior experience in Professional Services and/or System Integrator delivery and service and implementation process design.Results-oriented business leader with a strong understanding of budgets, forecasting, planning, P&Ls, and complex pricing models.Strong people leadership skills with the ability to lead and empower teams.Proven understanding of online marketing, internet/software industries, and web technologies.Proven track record of good business judgement, decision making abilities, and a passion for high performanceExperience working within the framework of billable hours and utilization requirements.Adobe for AllAdobe strives to build an environment where our employees can do their best work and drive their career growth and development based on their personal goals.
