As we expand our operations in Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to lead public sector sales in the region.Key Responsibilities:- Lead Sales Efforts: Drive and manage sales activities for Genesys solutions within the public sector in Saudi Arabia.- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share in the public sector.- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies and public sector clients.- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.- Solution Selling: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Genesys solutions, tailor pitches to client needs, and present comprehensive proposals.- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, consulting, customer success, and marketing to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client engagement.- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close complex deals while ensuring favorable terms for both the client and Genesys.- Customer Advocacy: Serve as a customer advocate within Genesys, ensuring that client feedback and needs are continually addressed.Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry, with a focus on the public sector.- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
