We are looking for a Strategic Pricing Manager to support the Clarivate business unit and Sales teams with their pricing requirements for our Bangalore or Hyderabad office. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Clarivate Pricing tools. This function includes maintaining the price book, managing and updating the pricing tools, and performing a variety of data analysis to supports the needs of the Commercial Policy & Pricing team.  Alongside working to improve the already high-quality output of the Commercial Policy & Pricing team, the Pricing Manager will also have the opportunity to partner with other internal support teams to improve and standardize central processes & systems.About You: At least 4 years of work experience in operations related to order management, sales operations, or customer service.Bachelors’ degree mandatory, MBA preferred .Demonstrated success in developing & maintaining product catalog with price points for information and/or software products.Demonstrated success in developing software solutions (pricing calculators) in excel or other sophisticated toolsDemonstrated success in building reports for top management.Excellent data accuracy and attention to detailVery strong MS Office skills (Excel with VBA, PowerPoint)Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.It would be great if you also had?Experience with SAP and SalesForce.com is desirable .Good analytical, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to effectively prioritize tasks and recognize the need for task completion urgencySalesforce Admin qualification preferred.What will you be doing in this role? Partner with the BU Pricing Managers to provide clear, concise and accurate responses to pricing models and commercial policy questions.Partner with internal & external stakeholders to develop and update the product master across Clarivate businessAssist the commercial policy & pricing team with the annual pricing review cycles.Develop and maintain pricing calculators and pricing databases.Conduct analysis to monitor pricing and formulate strategies for maintaining competitive advantage.Develop internal dashboards to assist both product managers and sales teams with current and future states using Microsoft Excel and Power BIAbout the Team  Clarivate Commercial Policy & Pricing team is at the forefront of developing advanced commercial policies and pricing models that enable our sales team to serve our customers with high level of transparency and consistency.
