Collaborating with design, hardware, software, engineering and product teams to develop accurate and effective language for describing Razer products. Writing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation. Ensure that the text is consistently accessible and available to Razer's audiences. Coordinate documentation reviews, incorporating input from various stakeholders (e.g., R&D, industrial designers, marketing). Work closely with design teams to prepare layout of the technical manuals. Collaborate with the localization team to maintain localized documentation, as well as checking of localized terms in the database. Adhere to group standards for style, tools, and template use. Be the absolute best at working independently and meeting tight, high-pressured deadlines.Pre-Requisites :Degree or diploma holder with a focus on preferably relevant fields (e.g., technical writing, computer science). Minimum 2 years’ experience developing documentation for hardware and software developers Experience in writing technical customer-facing materials. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various relevant parties. Experience with localization requirements for international audiences Exceptional writing skills, emphasizing clarity and accuracy. Good communication skills to work closely with various relevant parties Proven teamwork capabilities and flexibility.
