Ready to be a Titan?ServiceTitan is looking for a versatile designer to join our team of creatives and work hand-in-hand with the Associate Creative Director, Design Manager and stakeholders across the company on a variety of marketing initiatives. The designer must be interested in designing for all forms of major media, including print, direct mail, display ads, email, social media, and more. This person will help brainstorm, ideate, and will generally play a big role in the production of content and creative pieces. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director of the Brand and Creative Services, the designer must be comfortable in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where multiple projects are the norm.. Although the creative team is predominantly US-based, the designer will maintain regular working hours in their local time zone. Hence, strong written communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential.What you’ll doWork closely with the Associate Creative Director, Design Manager and Project Manager to create compelling content in support of ServiceTitan’s various marketing effortsWill collaborate and partner with the Brand & Creative Services team to ensure style guide adherence, storytelling consistency and proper brand implementationParticipation in formal and informal creative reviews with Brand & Creative Service teamProactively provide ideas to elevate creativeManage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative workExecute on established creative concepts, ensuring content remains fresh, engaging, and true to the ServiceTitan voice and brand.What you’ll bring:3-5 years relevant work experienceProficient in English with strong written communication skillsAdvertising/Marketing/Agency experience a plusAdvanced in using Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace and FigmaAbility to adapt and work seamlessly within the established style of the ServiceTitan brandMust be able to manage multiple projects at onceEnthusiastic about collaboration and continuous learningAble to receive and implement feedback openly and effectivelyCommunication and collaboration skills across time zonesAttention to detail, making sure brand guidelines are metBe Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list.
