In this role you will lead projects, direct customer installs and deployments, oversee and guide managers’ financial activities such as budget generation, forecasts, purchase decision evaluation, headcount, capital and expense purview; provide status reports, internal/external customer and interdepartmental communications. Responsibilities:LeadershipLead, manage and develop staff across multiple data centersProvide and ensure mentorship and career development opportunitiesAccountable and responsible for adherence to and evolution of global standardsManage multi-departmental project teamsManage and execute internal corporate and technical policies and proceduresSystems SupportDirect team management of all technical services ensuring continuous (7x24) operation of multiple Data CentersInvolvement and leadership in the testing and development of new productsSubject Matter Expert of industry standards (connections, cabling, etc), policies and proceduresVendor ManagementOversee procurement of vendorsBudgetOversee Managers’ budgetingApprove recommendations and pricing with local suppliersReview and approve proposals for data center improvementsQualifications:10 or more years of relevant experience in data center operations or other mission critical facilities operations5 years or more prior management experienceHS Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferredThe United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $153,000 to $261,000 per yearOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
