Senior Business ManagementDescription -Job Summary• This role is responsible for CCC (Customer Care Center) business management, including LTP, POR saving management, enhance financial governance to manage CCC financial performance proactively and effectively.Responsibilities• Engage with CS category team, finance team and operation for LTP management• CCC POR saving logic standardization• Engage with Strategy and transformation team on CCC POR saving tracking, and get back to category team and finance team• Enhance CCC business management governance• support finance team, operation team on flash management• support CCC business team to build financial dashboard• Business consultant to support CCC strategic transformation, like Beeline, Support differentiation• Use data and insight to help leadership team on business decisionEducation & Experience Recommended• Typically, 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience• Excellent cross function program management skill• Rich MOC, stakeholder management experienceKnowledge & Skills• Financial knowledge and management experience/skills• Excellent program management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including MOC, negotiation and influence skills• Excellent stakeholder management skill, executive presentation skills• Growth Mindset• Ability to lead multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
