Northwest Europe Marketing Program ManagerDescription -The Northwest Europe Marketing Program manager is a critical player ensuring our brand story is well represented across consumer and commercial in BeNeLux and Nordic markets. Working closely with the marketing cluster leads, will be in charge of key initiatives such as the design of customer experience journeys and touchpoint plans that leverage paid, earn and owned media channels to maximize awareness and marketing goals.This role will be ideal for someone who wants to shape the future in marketing, has strong capabilities in execution and wants to grow on strategic thinking. The ideal person for this role is someone with strong project manager skills, a team player and a leader capable to influence others. This role requires good planning skills, problem solving, and multi-department coordination. The right candidate applies intermediate subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of challenges. With a growth mindset will build a process that is able to identify the opportunities to grow the HP brand.Responsibilities:You will be in charge of defining, planning and executing the marketing activities, based on data and local insightsYou will be participating in the design of customer experience journeys and touchpoint plans that leverage paid, earn and owned media channels to maximize awareness and marketing goals.You will be accountable for marketing initiatives, working in close collaboration with content managers and analytics manager, to coordinate execution of marketing plan deliverables and milestonesYou will support tracking, analyzing, and executing marketing plan vs. goals.You will manage external agencies for activities executionYou will be working closely with product categories and channel teams, aligning and supporting channel and channel marketing teams in order to land with end to end consistent activities, from awareness to conversion, to optimize business resultsBudget planning and process management accountability and problem solving.Results tracking and reportingEducation and Experience Required:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.Typically 2-4 years experience in marketing B2B or B2CFluency in Dutch and English Curiosity, agility, autonomy, critical thinking and team work mindsetKnowledge and Skills:Strong leadership capabilities.Knowledge of project and program methodology, resource allocation plans, budgets, and requirements.Using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
