About the role:
We are in a phase of growth and are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiting Coordinator to take on all things scheduling-related. You should possess a high level of organization/multitasking skills, and will need to maintain excellent communication with all levels of the organization and with candidates. You will be required to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and function as a scheduling subject-matter-expert within the Talent Acquisition team.
This role will start at a contract position with the possibility (should the volume of hiring and efficiency of having an RC make sense long term) to transition to a full-time role. We're looking for someone to start as soon as possible and the project will run for 6 months (initially) with a potential to extend. This role can be remote or, if preferred, in office (in our office in San Francisco or NYC and soon to be Austin) and we're open to all experienced applicants that live in the U.S.
The hourly rate range for this contract position is $25 - $35/hr depending upon experience and level.
What you'll be doing:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers and hiring teams ensuring a smooth and timely process.
Manage candidate communications, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
Track interviewing activity in a manner that can be shared more broadly with the organization.
Work closely with the Recruiting Team, People Team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate a seamless hiring process.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for:
Availability to start in July 2024 (the sooner the better)
Availability for a 6-month contract
Previous experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar high-touch administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Accurate and delightful communication style and warm and friendly interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with using a Mac, applicant tracking systems (ideally Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using the automated scheduling tool, GoodTime, is a plus.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
