The Consumer Offers team develops programs and strategies that enable businesses to transform the way people work. We build relationships, develop partner capabilities and programs—at all levels from tactical to strategic and we collaborate closely with internal and external partners to craft plans that scale the business and adoption of the Apple ecosystem. Description Description You will be responsible for: Development and delivery of consumer offers strategy, initiatives and global priorities Collaboration with regional teams to support the development, review and refresh of account plans Collation and sharing of best practice with the regional teams Supporting the launch of complex consumer offers with key partners Stakeholder partnering and relationship management - X-functional teams (Carrier Sales, Finance, Legal, Regional Consumer Offers teams) Consult with Carrier Sales teams worldwide to assist in the formulation of offer strategies, programs and sell-in Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Outstanding learning ability. Able to develop a deep understanding on sales related topics across Geos and business lines. Able to use the knowledge to design and build programs that are applicable to the diverse channel structure that we have. Strong analytical skills. Good with numbers. Able to identify patterns and trends from data, see through complex facts to tackle the most fundamental business issues. Critical thinking. Able to see the big picture, prioritize critical focus areas, and generate strategic options. Superb oral communication skills. Able to have peer level conversation with sales executives and other leaders in the sales function, and influence their opinion with logical thinking, independent perspective, and fact-based arguments. Exemplary written communication skills. Able to organize complex facts and proposals clearly and concisely, create structured and compelling presentation materials and be able to deliver them through effective story-telling. High attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into insightful business intelligence, learnings from performance measurement and best practices Excellent commercial acumen, ability to design and build offers / playbooks Ability to drive and develop an affordability infrastructure globally Demonstrate a high degree of ownership and accountability Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities Strong teammate. Able to work effectively in a global matrix organization with cross functional teams. 20+ years with depth across several areas of wireless carrier business Deep understanding of how pricing, device promotions, plans, and base management are developed and utilized for driving growth. Understanding the analytics and criteria driving carrier decision making and financial outcomes.
