This pivotal role requires an expert in ServiceNow platform architecture, with strong experience of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), familiarity with implementing / continually evolving modules such as Hardware and Software Asset Management, IRM (GRC), HR, and Legal. Remediation of technical debt, building integrations, ensuring the platform's health and a good understanding of ServiceNow’s Common Service Data model (CSDM) are equally important. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and the ability to leverage them to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness, while maximizing the ROI of our ServiceNow investment. You will contribute your expertise designing and building first-class solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
