As a member of the EMEA Partner Solution Consulting Team you will play a key role in growing the impact of our Partner Eco-system across EMEA. Adobe’s Partners are critical to Adobe’s success in creating and supporting large scale deals and delivering value for our customers.In this role you will support our global and regional partners across the EMEA region to build and deliver successful solutions that drive revenue using Adobe’s suite of solutions that comprise the Content Supply Chain. You will support our partner sales teams in the field as we work with the direct sales organisation and help our implementation partners with standard methodologies across these solutions to build a growing partner ecosystem.The OpportunityThis position requires a technical background in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Workfront. In addition, knowledge of Gen AI and Adobe Digital Media applications are preferred. In this role, our “customer” is the Adobe partner who will implement solutions using our platform and you will build & own key technical relationships within our partner community to support sales, expand partner practice and develop joint GTM offerings.What you’ll doBuild a positive relationship with existing partners by engaging in joint business development activities, provide expert assistance during the sales cycle, build repeatable joint solutions, and maintain a track of the overall sales objectives and product strategy.Partner Mindshare: Drive solution evangelism of Adobe Digital Experience (DX) technology, with specific focus on Adobe Content Supply Chain. Using both Adobe’s portfolio plays and application sales plays, inspire and excite partners on the scope of Adobe DX technology to shape the customer experience. Bring to life use cases by focusing on key industry verticals relevant to partner experience and goals. Expand Adobe’s reach across our eco-system both within existing partners and into new regions or market groups.Opportunity Support: Play an active role in supporting both Adobe sales teams and partners to drive pipeline creation and revenue. Align with partner managers to help partners identify, and co-shape Adobe opportunities. Support assessment of Adobe Solution fit and align with partners to define ‘point-of-view’ (POV) documents & technical artefacts. Collaborate with counterparts in Solution Consulting to align partner role and POV.Technical Development: Support Partners in their development and expansion of Adobe Skills with a focus on business development. Deliver technical workshops that keep partners up to date with technical capabilities and the business value / use cases that they deliver. Provide practical hands-on sessions aimed and helping partners build their technical sales capability, and ensure partners have access to demos, sandboxes and latest Adobe assets that can support business development and expansion in existing clients.Go-To-Market Scale & Growth: Understand Market requirements and work with partners to develop solution offerings with Adobe Technology (and Technology Partners) that deliver innovative and value-based approaches for customer’s needs. Make recommendations on integration strategies, platforms and application infrastructure required to build out a repeatable & packaged solution offering.What you need to succeed Experience in pre-sales and working with a Partner EcosystemExtensive knowledge of content management solutions and project management/workflow solutions. Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Workfront knowledge preferrableExperience in working with Alliance Partners and understanding of the business alignment between Software Vendor and Systems Integrator & Agency partnerships.Knowledge on the wider Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Creative Cloud products is preferred.Project Delivery background and understanding of how Systems Integrators & Agencies deliver services and outcomes to customers would be preferred.Strong presentation skills and Solutions selling skills.Hands-on development skills to build technical demonstrations and ability to coach partners as they build their own demonstrations or POCsAbility to work independently and communicate across teams with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.Professional SkillsGain the trust of partners and guide them along with the engagement towards success.Experienced in developing and delivering professional and convincing presentations, business development and technical workshops.Be an excellent teammate and support other roles in your environment.Be able to self-organize and prioritize your work schedule in a multi-engagement environment.Understand when to involve other experts to ensure success.Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
