We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales processes, leveraging data and technology to drive efficiency, and supporting our sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.What you’ll be doing:Oversee and optimize the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closureAnalyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementDevelop and implement strategies to streamline sales processes and increase productivityManage and optimize the CRM system and other sales technologiesCollaborate with sales leadership to create accurate sales forecastsProvide regular reporting and insights to sales leadership on sales performanceWork cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align strategiesContinuously evaluate and implement new sales tools and technologiesWhat we need to see:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field5+ years of experience in sales operations or related rolesStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization toolsExpert knowledge of CRM systems, preferably SalesforceExcellent project management and organizational skillsStrong leadership abilities with experience managing teamsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience with sales forecasting and pipeline managementWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience in a high-growth technology companyKnowledge of sales methodologies and best practicesFamiliarity with marketing automation toolsExperience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce)The ideal candidate will be a data-driven problem solver with a passion for optimizing sales performance.
