Your role will involve aiding in the creation and distribution of content, engaging with the esports community, and contributing to the execution of Global Esports strategies, campaigns, and projects. This position is ideal for those passionate about esports and eager to grow their career in the industry by supporting Team Razer's presence within the global esports ecosystem.Global Esports Project Involvement:Participate in cross-functional projects, bringing esports content expertise to broader marketing and product initiatives.Support special content projects, such as documentary series, player profiles, and event coverage, managing timelines and assisting with production quality.Assist the Global Esports team with various projects, contributing insights and support to enhance global initiatives.Aid in ProSettings seeding efforts across all regions, ensuring that professional players have access to the latest gear and settings to optimize their performance.Conduct outreach to esports orgs, pro players and talent, gathering feedback, and fostering relationships to promote the Team Razer brand and products.Coordinate with global teams to support events, promotions, and other initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility and engagement within the esports community.Content Support and Development:Assist in the planning, creation, and distribution of engaging esports content across social media, our website, and third-party platforms.Collaborate with the esports and marketing teams to ensure that content aligns with overall brand objectives, campaign goals, and community interests.Stay informed about industry trends to propose content ideas that resonate with our target audiences.Community Engagement and Insights:Engage directly with the esports community through social media and other platforms, fostering a positive brand image and gathering insights to inform content strategies.Act as a liaison between the community and the product teams, channeling feedback and insights to improve brand offerings and content relevance.Performance and Trend Analysis:Monitor and analyze emerging trends within the esports community and broader entertainment sectors, utilizing data analytics to support content direction and community engagement strategies.Utilize analytics tools to track content performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics. Report findings to the Senior Esports Content Specialist and adjust strategies accordingly.Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark our content's performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Team Collaboration and Growth:Work closely with the Senior Esports Content Specialist and other team members, contributing to a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and excellence in content production.Continuously develop your skills and knowledge of the esports landscape, including major titles, teams, players, and tournaments.Pre-Requisites :Basic experience in esports content creation, strategy, and distribution, with a portfolio showcasing diverse and engaging content.Strong interest in the esports landscape, including major titles, teams, players, and tournaments.Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive content decisions.Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.Willingness to travel to esports events, capture and work with assets as needed, and engage with the community.Are you game?
