The person involves managing game marketing strategy and campaigns to drive our game publishing and operations.The role entails leading multi-disciplinary, cross-regional Art & Marketing Teams to develop best-in-class marketing creatives and campaigns for multiple projects simultaneously.Craft Go-to-marketing  Campaigns to emphasize the appeal of our Mobile Games to the marketPrepare the Marketing Budget, define the Marketing Mix based on CPI & Install Volume TargetsExecute Performance Marketing & UA Plans at each stage of a game's lifecycle: Soft-Launch, Hard Launch & SustainMaintain the Marketing Roadmap for a Portfolio of GamesLead a multi-disciplinary Art & Marketing Team in creating Best-in-Class Creatives & InitiativesManage Key Agency (UA, Creative, etc.) Partners, from initial briefing, creative concepting, and executionOversee the creation of Marketing Assets (Copy, Banners, Trailers, Playable Ads, Interactive Landing Pages)Oversee the creation of UA Campaigns on Display & Video Ad Channels (AdWords, Facebook, IronSource, etc.)Perform Competitor Marketing Execution Analysis to strengthen in-house initiativesOversee ASO & A/B Testing Initiatives to optimize Conversion Rates & CPIsMeasure & Report on Cohorted Campaign Performance (CPM, CPC, CPI, Conversion Rates, RoAS)Work with Game Developers to define & troubleshoot Ad Attribution SDK events integrationCollaborate with Game Developers to identify Marketing Message & Product PositioningPre-Requisites :9 years of experience in promoting mobile gamesGood understanding of Free-to-Play Online Mobile Games, Game Mechanics, & Monetization StrategiesGood understanding of Mobile Marketing Channels and the Key Levers that can influence performanceStrong hands-on experience running AdWords & Facebook CampaignsExperience in data-backed and process-driven decision-makingExperience in Analytics, Market Research, & Marketing CopywritingPosition based on Singapore Razer HQRequires frequent travel to Malaysia and VietnamAre you game?
