Your role will involve aiding in the execution of esports strategies, campaigns, and projects, focusing on mobile, console, and audio initiatives. This position is ideal for those passionate about esports and eager to grow their career in the industry by supporting Team Razer's presence within the global esports ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Global Esports Project Involvement:Participate in cross-functional projects, bringing esports expertise to broader marketing and product initiatives, especially but not limited to mobile, console, and audio segments.Support special esports projects, managing timelines, and assisting with production quality.Assist the Global Esports team with various projects, contributing insights and support to enhance global initiatives.Aid in ProSettings seeding efforts across all regions, ensuring that professional players have access to the latest gear and settings to optimize their performance.Conduct outreach to esports organizations, pro players, and talent, gathering feedback and fostering relationships to promote the Team Razer brand and products.Coordinate with global teams to support events, promotions, and other initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility and engagement within the esports community.Marketing and Campaign Support:Collaborate with the esports and marketing teams to ensure that campaigns align with overall brand objectives, goals, and community interests.Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, focusing on mobile, console, and audio products.Stay informed about industry trends to propose marketing ideas that resonate with our target audiences.Community Engagement and Insights:Engage directly with the esports community through social media and other platforms, fostering a positive brand image and gathering insights to inform marketing strategies.Act as a liaison between the community and the product teams, channeling feedback and insights to improve brand offerings and campaign relevance.Performance and Trend Analysis:Monitor and analyze emerging trends within the esports community and broader entertainment sectors, utilizing data analytics to support campaign direction and community engagement strategies.Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics.
