Help us redefine search at eBay.​Primary Job Responsibilities: Architect and build core components of eBay search experiment and analysis platform.Design and deliver highly scalable and supportable search infrastructure.Produce high quality and well-documented code.Produce high quality software designs to support long-term maintainability and extensibility of code.Job Requirements:Smart, quick learning, proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.Solid knowledge about data structure and algorithms; Proficient in Java programming.Hands-on experience with full software development cycle, particularly in distributed computing, large scale system design, multi-threading and concurrency. Experience with open source technologies like Zookeeper, SPARK, Kafka, etc.Familiar with Machine Learning algorithms, proficiency with a deep learning framework such as TensorFlow. Having the experience of embedding based retrieving and ranking is a big plusGood communication skills.BS/BA or above in CS or related field.
