Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of sourcing experience gained within an agency or corporate setting Proven background in using innovative research and sourcing methods in the pursuit to hire for specialized areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles. Experience in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Highly organized and able to prioritize and drive efficiencies in the recruiting process.
