We are looking for a strong and passionate leader to join the team as Director of DMe Sales Velocity. This leader will closely partner with the sales team to drive continuous technical validation process improvement and efficiency. While holding our high standards for quality. They will handle interaction with customers (directly as well as through the solution consulting team) all over the globe to understand needs and exceed their expectations. These teams' success will directly impact sales, revenue, customer acquisition and customer satisfaction.Responsible for providing expert skills in building innovative re-usable demos, hands-on labs, and proof of concepts (PoCs). Crafted to delight enterprise customers, and accelerate sales cycles by achieving the technical win. Enabling brands to fundamentally transform how content is produced to deliver hyper-personalized experiences by using the power of generative AI and automation. We encourage our team to be creative, collaborative, and committed to delivering outstanding experiences for our customers.The OpportunityAdobe is scaling its ability to enable enterprise customers to recognize the value of its solutions, including in emerging areas such as Generative AI (Firefly) and self-service solutions (Adobe Express). This team is responsible for designing, building and scaling Custom Demos, PoCs and Hands on Labs (HoLs). Providing a multiplier effect to Adobe’s pre-sales efforts by ensuring reusability of demos, PoCs and HoLs. Using repeatable processes and a scalable, common infrastructure available globally. This role will report to the Vice President, Enterprise Engagement, and lead of team of architects, developers and UX designers who are technically skilled and can work with new and emerging solutions. Building compelling value propositions for enterprise customers.What You’ll DoDefine the other roles in the Sales Velocity team. Drive recruitment, and lead the team.Partner closely with the DMe Enterprise Sales & Solution Consulting teams. Understand their requirements to help achieve 'technical wins' in highly competitive sales situationsBuild and enhance relationships with key partners. Including Sales, Product Marketing and Product teamsEmpower the team to think creatively and lead by example. Including hands-on involvement in codingProvide continuous feedback to the product teams on new trends, and solution expectations from customersSet higher standards for the creation and utilization of demos, HoLs and PoCs across Adobe's sales efforts. Showcasing to key partners internally, as well as customersWhat You Need to SucceedDeep expertise in Presales and Consulting. A proven track record of helping win critical sales opportunities delivering sophisticated, high-impact projectsExcellent communications skills. Ability to empower and encourage the team while effectively articulating the team’s value proposition to collaboratorsSuccessfully leading and developing teams and encouraging an innovative and collaborative environmentDeep knowledge of our Digital Media product portfolio, with a specific emphasis on Firefly and Express. The U.S. pay range for this position is $235,500 -- $385,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
