Proofpoint.The RoleWe are seeking a Managed Services Representative to join our US/Canada team who work directly with and support our customers in the US markets. Our Managed Services Representatives guide our Managed Service customers as they plan and implement their Cyber Security Training and Awareness programs. Our representatives bring Proofpoint experience and Best Practices with them. As our customer-base continues to grow and our technology solutions are constantly updated, we strive to work efficiently & effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. That means we also need to be excellent at time management and prioritizing. Our customers rely on us to plan their projects and ensure they go off without a hitch. We’re organized, meticulous and responsive. While most of the work we do is independent, we share what we know and step in to assist others on the team in order to meet the needs of all our customers.Your day to dayWork with customers to plan their annual Security Training and Assessment programDevelop implementation and communication strategiesCreate and launch training assignments, assessment campaigns and status reportsResolve low-level technical issues as they pertain to Proofpoint Security softwareFollow approved escalation process for all other software concernsHandle a Managed Services account load and keep an updated status for each of the Managed Services customers in our CRM system.Must also provide detailed updates for customer interactions and planning sessions.
