Financial Analyst Take BackDescription -Job Summary•AMS take back PS & print Finance analyst is interested in a dynamic position with a broad scope of responsibilities related to the end of life process for the product, on hand with analytics and accounting. This position will provide cost-deep dive composition for take back process in the Personal System and print. The main goal is to provide analysis at the lower level of granularity possible in a timely fashion that helps our organization to make data driven decisions to improve the customer experience while achieving financial goals for the organization.Responsibilities• Preparation of flash, budget, and actuals based on historical inputs by the operation team.• Conducts comprehensive financial analysis for specific functions or business units, providing valuable analytics to support key business initiatives.• Participates in cross-functional teams as a representative of the finance domain.• Prepare accruals for month end close (journal entries).• Supports policy and process enhancement, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational growth.• Drives the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long term) by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.• Provides information and counsel in the areas of controls, budgeting, and planning, return on investment decisions, and the development of overall business plans and strategies.• Preparation of financial exit vs forecast for operations team.• Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.• Provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level roles, thereby aiming to enhance individual as well as organizational performance.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.Preferred Certifications• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)Knowledge & Skills• Accounting• Auditing• Automation• Data Analysis• Finance• Financial Analysis• Financial Statements• Generally Accepted Accounting Principles• Internal Controls• Process Improvement• Profit And Loss (P&L) Management• SAP Applications• Variance AnalysisCross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.Complexity• Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
