Our email process supports 100+ global marketers and their campaigns for email nurture and RSS automation, digital and physical events. This person will help build email automation processes in our ESP to support digital marketing campaigns for the global Genesys brand, and marketers. This role requires a partnership with stakeholders, to help build Genesys branded automated email campaigns with a focus on segmentation, contact routing, detailed quality assurance, email automation execution and campaign performance reporting. What this role isn’t: This is not campaign strategy. What you’ll bring to the table: To be successful, you need to have a mind for technical details, and patience to build a complex contact routing process. It is important that this candidate have a strong eye for detail to walk through automations end-to-end for QA, or solutioning any technical error. A basic understanding of HTML coding for email is also a plus.
