We work closely with people to acquire fast feedback and achieve the right outcomes.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Sr Associate Software Development Engineer to join our growing team and be responsible for the successful onboarding of HiredScore’s clients while improving the evolving delivery process as well as infrastructure and services.Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly, and providing inputs to the change control process.Work on enabling features for new customers and supporting the implementation processDevelop custom solutions to various F500 clientsAbility to work on the development of multiple projects at a time, identify risks, and scope creep and ensure development is completed according to priorityDesigning automated solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.Configuring new automated processes and developing new tools and infrastructures that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.  Shows initiative and proactively problem-solves, improves processes and/or escalates risksAbout YouBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IDF experience, or completion of a relevant Bootcamp.Minimum 2 years of industry experience.1+ years of Python or Java experiencePractical experience working with DBs (MongoDB is an advantage)Familiarity with best practices in software development (SOLID principles, writing tests).Strong English communication skills.Process-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability.Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment. Strong capabilities in both independent and teamwork. Adaptable and resilient, able to handle changing priorities and challenges.Organized and methodical approach to problem-solving.Problem-solving mindset and out-of-the-box thinker.Other Qualifications:Familiarity with microservices architecture and KubernetesWorking knowledge of JIRA.Strong analytical skills to understand and translate customer needs.Previous experience in automation.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
