We are transforming developer experience with the next-gen CICD platform we are building. We are constantly evaluating new ways of enabling our development community deliver services faster. Our mission is to enable seamless and efficient development processes to provide ways to make customers more productive with the data they have in Workday.The CD team is responsible for ownership of our deployment platform from developers all the way to customer environments. We focus heavily on empowering developers to support applications, so much of our time is spent on improving our tooling to extend control to developers and seamless experience to deliver their products to the hands of our customers.About the RoleBe a true leader, serving as the primary representative of our team.Lead the delivery platform ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high-quality standardDevelop and implement software development strategies to improve the efficiency and reliability of our software delivery pipelineWork closely with development teams to ensure their needs are met and to identify areas for improvement in the development processBuild relationships inside and outside our team, allowing effective management of feedback, and alignment.Support and improve the infrastructure, process, and tooling we used to deliver software -- including automation, CI pipelines, platform, and architecture.Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to staff in both technical and non-technical areas.
