Position: Contract Digital Marketing Manager
Contract Duration: 6 Months Hours: 30 hours per week Start Date: August 1st, 2024 End Date: January 15, 2025
Overview: RudderStack is seeking a top-notch Demand Generation Expert to join our team on a contract basis. This role is perfect for a highly analytical and data-driven marketer with significant experience in paid search and demand generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, with a focus on Google and Bing, which constitute 90% of our marketing budget.
Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
Utilize LinkedIn and 6sense to enhance demand generation efforts and complement paid search activities.
Analyze campaign performance and pull data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Monitor and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Apply Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques to improve lead generation and overall campaign performance (bonus).
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns on Google and Bing.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and 6sense platforms for demand generation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent understanding of demand generation strategies and tactics.
5+ years of growth/digital marketing experience.
Ability to start by August 1st.
Bonus points for experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
