About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience2+ years of relevant work experience or internships related to sales or customer serviceExperience working with Salesforce or other similar CRM toolsFluency in Chinese, English and Korean requiredIt would be great if you also had…Ambition to act autonomously to manage your prospects and pipeline contributionSelf-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to develop and grow client relationshipsExperience working in a fast paced and collaborative environmentExperience working and tracking your own performance against assigned key objectivesWhat will you be doing in this role?Support our Intellectual Property Sales teams with developing interest and new sales opportunities based on assigned customer base or territoryGenerate leads with our customers based on strategically assigned product portfolioFollow up with prospects via email and outbound calls to create a sales opportunity for the sales teamCreate follow-up appointments for the commercial team to advance the customer to the next step in the sales processWork closely with the marketing, commercial, and customer support team to ensure a positive customer experienceUsing a proactive and persistent approach, explain the assigned Clarivate product offering to prospects and customersAccurately maintain and develop prospect and client data into Salesforce CRMSupport the development, testing, and maintenance of the marketing database and the data/workflow integration with the Salesforce CRM platformAbout the TeamThe Sales Development Team collaborates closely with internal teams and external customers.
