The Coordinator will perform administrative duties to support the Recruiting Team and will develop working relationships with candidates, recruiters, and other Proofpoint employees who participate in the interviewing/hiring process. This position reports to the Supervisor, Recruiting Coordinators.Your day-to-dayEstablish working relationships with hiring managers and candidates, schedule interviews, communicate interview details and host interview visits.Create and ensure delivery of candidate offer letters and new hire paperwork, receive and track new hire materials, and update and maintain appropriate databases.Manage complex interview schedules through Outlook, while being able to deal with last minute changes on the fly.Manage background checks. This would include: initiating checks, monitoring progress and reviewing final reports .Provide excellent candidate experience and administering candidate experience surveys.Adhere to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion.Participate in various recruiting projects on an as-needed basis.What you bring to the team2+ years of experience recruiting coordination, project coordination, admin experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environmentExceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills, great attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.Ability to work swiftly, with a high sense of urgency and be comfortable with frequent shifting priorities and time sensitive tasks.Ability to develop strong relationships with cross functional teams.Why Proofpoint At Proofpoint we pride ourselves on our people-centric approach to success and innovation, which extends to how we design roles within our organization and hire talent around the world.
