The successful candidate willBuild and lead a formidable team in India for Alteryx’s key cloud offering, Designer Cloud.Co-own product roadmap and direction with Product Manager.Define and co-own engineering culture and processes along with other leaders in India.We are looking for someone who already has some experience as a technology leader and is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.Required SkillsPeople leadership experience (1+ years) with an ardent desire to leadGood exposure and knowledge of JS, React, and TypeScriptProven ability to co-own and execute product strategy/vision with Product Manager6+ years of software development experience building modern front-end applicationsStrong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detailClear, concise written and verbal communicationDeep understanding and commitment to modern software engineering principles/processes (Agile, Lean, DevOps) and continuous improvement through measurementDemonstrable experience driving collaboration and solutions across teamsValued SkillsFamiliarity with modern data stackFamiliarity with Amplitude, Mix Panel or similar solutionsFamiliarity with DevOps practices and conceptsExperience leading or working on a globally dispersed teamFind yourself checking a lot of these boxes but doubting whether you should apply?
